On April 4th, the National Institute for Research and Development for Optoelectronics attended Facultatea de Fizica de la A la Z, an event organized at the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest, to promote science among high school students.
The activity included interactive presentations, demonstration experiments and discussions with INOE researchers, thus strengthening the connection between education and research.
The project Consolidation of the integration of the Romanian node METROFOOD-RO into the European research infrastructure METROFOOD-RI (acronym METROFOOD-RO EVOLVE) was launched, representing a strategic approach to integrate the Romanian node METROFOOD-RO into the European research infrastructure METROFOOD-RI.
The project responds to the call PCIDIF PCIDIF_P1/OP1/RSO1.1/PCIDIF_A3 – Synergies with Horizon Europe actions within the Smart Growth, Digitization and Financial Instruments program.
The METROFOOD-RO EVOLVE project proposes the development and strengthening of research capacities and analytical infrastructure in the field of food safety and nutrition. For the implementation of the project and the achievement of all the proposed targets, a consortium consisting of Institutul Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Bioresurse Alimentare - IBA București (conducător de proiect) şi partenerii INOE 2000 – Institutul Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Optoelectronică; INCDTIM – Institutul Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Tehnologii Izotopice și Moleculare; Universitatea de Științele Vieții "Regele Mihai I" din Timișoara; INMA – Institutul Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Mașini și Instalații Destinate Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare; USAMV București – Universitatea de Științe Agronomice și Medicină Veterinară din București; Universitatea "Dunărea de Jos" and Universitatea din București.
